Kathryn is the Owner of Monarch Therapies and has her Masters degree in Professional Counseling. She is an LPCS in Missouri and an LCPC in Illinois. She is a Masters Certified NLP Practitioner and Timeline Therapist.
"My passion is to help people realize what is possible, what they are capable of, and finding their best self. I have invested in the mission to bring wellness to the St. Louis community in a forum that allows for growth where you are, when you are ready for it. I am committed to ensuring that the professionals at Monarch-therapies are meeting those needs.
As a therapist, I specialize in transitions - in health, life, love and work/school and the emotions that come with it. I have experience with all ages, and I enjoy helping people navigate the stress in everyday life.
My experience has allowed me to find balance in serving clients in several areas including: ADHD, anxiety and depression (especially co-occurring with ADHD), understanding the impact of trauma and managing emotional regulation. I am trained in accelerated resolution therapy, EMDR and IFS modalities and somatic practices. I am also trained in CBT and CPT and am a certified psychedelic assisted therapist. I like to use an eclectic lens to ensure I am meeting my client exactly where they are and for what they need."

Using evidence-based techniques alongside warmth, professionalism, unconditional acceptance, and empathy, I help clients develop greater self-awareness, build on existing strengths, and learn practical strategies for managing life’s difficulties.
I work with clients (ages 14 and older) as well as couples who may be experiencing low mood, anxiety, excessive worry, relationship conflicts, grief and loss, childhood or complex trauma, life transitions, or exploring gender or sexual identity.
My approach is collaborative and tailored to each person’s unique needs, providing a safe and supportive environment where growth, clarity, and healing can take place. Together, we’ll navigate challenges and work toward a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and fulfilling.”

Stephanie is a graduate of Missouri Baptist with a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

Through one-on-one sessions, group coaching, and interactive workshops, Amanda teaches stress management techniques, mindfulness, relaxation practices, and self-care strategies to support overall well-being. Her approach is empowering, practical, and personalized, helping you overcome limiting patterns, develop new perspectives, and step into the life you truly want.
