The cycle of the butterfly in and of itself holds insight for us. Starting as a caterpillar, the butterfly retreats within the chrysalis where it undergoes transformation. The caterpillar must complete this difficult transition in order to realize it’s full transformation. At Monarch Coaching and Counseling, our holistic approach to wellness allows clients to transform in a safe environment, free from stress and judgement, growth is able to be experienced through multiple modalities.

As we are dedicated to total health, Monarch offers several modalities of care to clients including individual and group therapy, art therapy, we also offer yoga and massage to be a part of your overall wellness journey.
